This is called "The Strand" in Galveston, the hurricane is still over 250 miles away...it's already flooding.

My Partner and I have been the best of friends for going on 20 years and have been together for 12 years. I was diagnosed with Diabetes (uncontrolled) last year and Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy along with Hypertension. I also suffer from P.T.S.D. along w/ anxiety disorder right at the verge of being Agoraphobic.
